call all the time no one there

They make up a name and ask for that person. When I tell them they have the wrong number, they start calling me by that name. Then they try to sell me prescription drugs. I asked them if it is illegal to sell prescription drugs without a prescription and they hung up on me. I thought I had lost them, but they keep calling.

I received several times phone call from this number and do not talk

Jack Austin calls from many numbers and has always states he is some officer of the law. Always claims that some legal case is being filed againgst me and can settle today if paid before it is download.He has been reported to all law inforcement agencies and confirmed he is no officer of the law and spoof numbers from different areas and states. He gets info from the internet when you file for anything. I believe he does work for Sallie Mae student loans and a past collection officer for USA loans. Same voice from all the agencies. Just activated a new TracFone and constantly getting calls from the moment the phone was activated. Not my area code so I know it's no one I know.

Calls up to 3 times per day for the past couple months. They say they are collecting for police, but researching number shows various organizations utilizing this phone number. My husband and I have both asked numerous times to be removed from the list, but they still phone.
